# Can you use Simply Listed With Printify Personalization? Or Hello Custom?

|| At this time you CANNOT make mockups for items with text added on Printify

Printify currently does not send Simply Listed the text information that is added on their platform, so until they add that functionality to their site, we will be unable to make mockups for these items. We are trying to get Printify to add this functionality as soon as possible though but we are at their mercy for the timeframe. 

So sorry for any inconvenience! 

So if you have a graphic that is coming over but does not include the text added on Printify, then this is why.

| However you CAN use Simply Listed to make mockups for personalized items with Hello Custom!

Just add your design to Printify like normal with the custom placeholder text, and publish to Etsy
Then you can come to Simply Listed to make your mockups just like normal 
Lastly you will head to Hello Custom to upload your custom design and connect it to the Etsy listing/Printify product
(Technically you can do the second and third step in either order!)
