# No Matching Printify Products Found

| If you are clicking on your template to create mockups and getting the blank screen saying "No Matching Printify Products Found" then here are the solutions for you to check to resolve this!

1. Please double check that you created the template for the **exact same Printify product and Print Provider as the template** you created on Simply Listed. ![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/4dcb6ab716b32000/image-1-29-25-at-143-pm_10boa3b.jpeg =510x250)
2. If that is correct, then please make sure that you have either published the Printify listing to Etsy OR you if you have a Printify product saved as a draft on Printify, then you will need to click the "sync" button for us to be able to pull up those products from Printify.

If this does not solve the issue, then please make sure that you have the correct Printify account connected to Simply lIsted. You can check this by clicking the button on the bottom left of the page, then clicking **Connections, t**hen verify that you see the correct store name next to Printify. If this is the wrong Printify account, then you can disconnect this store and connect the correct one instead.
