Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you resolve the issue:

Issue 1: Ensure Your Product is Either Published to Etsy Or Synced with Simply Listed

Before attaching artwork, make sure your product has been successfully published to Etsy or if you are saving your product as a draft on Printify, then you will need to manually hit the "Sync" button for it to show up as an option. These are the two ways that Printify sends Simply Listed the up to date listing information from their website.

Issue 2: Check Product Variant and Print Provider Match The Template

Sometimes, the issue can occur if the print provider or product variant in Printify doesn’t match with your Simply Listed template. Here's how to ensure everything aligns:

Open your Printify account and check the product you want to use.
Ensure that the print provider and product variant in Printify match the settings you’ve selected in Simply Listed.

Mockup Is Only Showing The Default Color (Wrong Color Design On Mockup)

If your mockup is showing the wrong color design from Printify or seems to be putting the default design on all of the mockups, then please follow the steps below to resolve this issue!

1. Check Color Tagging

Mockups may not work properly if the color tagging isn’t set up correctly. Follow these steps to check:

First Check if your print areas are tagged yet

Open your template and look at each print area.
Each print area should display something like: "front front front" followed by the color tag (e.g., "black black black"). Tagging the color of each print area is how Simply Listed knows which design file to grab from Printify for each shirt.

If your colors are tagged, please check the following:

Make sure you tagged the correct color, on Printify sometimes there will be a "Navy" and a "True Navy" or a "Black" and "Heather Black" and you do need to tag the exact same on on Simply Listed that you have a design on Printify

If the colors aren’t tagged, edit the template:

Click on the print area
Manually tag the correct color for each print area.

Missing Etsy Listing While Sku Linking?

If you don't see the Etsy listing that you are looking to link skus to, or you even search for it and it doesn't come up then this is the fix!

Simply Listed automatically only search's the listings in the draft folder on Etsy, if your listing is Active on Etsy or in another folder, then click the dropdown that says "Drafts" and change it to the folder that matches your listings location on Etsy!

How To Cancel My Subscription?

We're sad to see you go, but you can cancel your Simply Listed subscription at any time.

To cancel your subscription, start by going to the bottom left of the screen to your My Account page.

|| You can find your My Account page by clicking on your name in the bottom left menu and clicking on 'My Account' from the sub menu.

Once on your My Account page, scroll to the bottom to access the Subscription Details Section.

To the right of the plan you're subscribed to, you will see a "Cancel Subscription" button.

To cancel your Simply Listed subscription, click Cancel Subscription.

This will stop the next payment from Simply Listed from coming out of your account. This will not provide any refund for the current time frame.

| You will still have until the end of your current paid subscription time to use Simply Listed's features and we will store your listing templates for 4 months.

Mockup Does Not Match Any LIstings/Won't Publish To Etsy From Approval Queue

If you want to just publish the mockups to Etsy right away, then click the three dots on the bottom of the box for those mockups and click **"manual linking" **then "Select Etsy Listing". This will bring up your listings for you to quickly just tell us which Etsy listing to publish the mockups to! If you continue to have this issue, feel free to check out the troubleshooting steps below or reach out to our customer support staff!

If you are receiving this message "Mockup Does Not Match Any LIstings" or If you're trying to publish mockups to Etsy but it won't load

This issue is most likely due to The Printify product that is being used to create the mockup has not been published to Etsy yet.- To correct this please publish your Printify product to Etsy and then try to add the mockups from Simply Listed again.
If this does not fix the problem and you have multiple Etsy stores connected to Simply Listed, please verify that you are connected to the correct Etsy shop. - Verify this by checking which Etsy shop is showing on the top left of any Simply Listed page. - If the wrong shop is showing, then please click the shop and you can switch between them.
If this is not the issue, then please try republishing this listing from Printify to Etsy again incase there was an error when it was listed or any changes were made that altered it since you publishe

How to Create Mockups for Multiple Products in One Template or Mockups For Group Shirts

To create templates for listing templates with multiple items selling in it like shirts with sweatshirts or adult shirts, kids shirts and baby shirts for example, then you will create a "Custom Template" Here is how the process works and a link to the full tutorial on our youtube channel!

Click create new template
Select "Custom Template"
Select your up to 10 mockup images including any mockups, photo cards and size charts
Add your placeholder that is the exact size of your design files to each mockup image to tell Simply Listed where your design is going to go, how big it is and if you want us to lower the opacity on the design once we add it to your image (Note we will replace your placeholder with your design exactly so make sure you are saving your designs on the Canvas where they need to be placed and test your template before creating the mockups if you are unsure if you saved your design in the right spot)
Name your template and save!
Make sure to TEST your template by clicking the three dots on the bottom of the template and clicking test, this way you can make any changes needed to your template before creating mockups, that way you don't waste any of your listing credits!
Once your template is working correctly, you can click the template, upload your artwork and click create mockups!
