Can Simply Listed help connect Printify to exisiting Etsy listings from a printer besides Printify?
If you are wanting to switch from another printer to Printify but keep the existing Etsy listings then here are your two choices
- You can wait until they sell and then switch them at that point one by one because if you have a lot of them, then this might be a lot of work
- You can update them all now
Here is what you’ll need to do if you want to connect the Etsy listing to Printify now
- Save the design on Printify and save it as a draft (don’t publish to Etsy)
- Go into the Etsy listing and make sure that the variations match the sizes/colors available on Printify. For shirts for example Printify’s say “S” for small so you may need to change these. Click edit variations in the Etsy listing and click the toggle to turn off that “skus vary”. This will delete the sku numbers in the listing associated with the other printer
- Come to Simply Listed’s sku linking software and click the “sync” button at the top of the sku linking page to bring in the new printify listing
- Choose the Printify product & then choose the Etsy listing
- On the next page click the Printify product and then select all the variations on the right to match up and click connect skus.
Then Simply Listed will copy and paste all of the sku numbers from Printify into your Etsy listing for you. This is what tells Printify what exact prodcit/size/color the customer ordered. So every product will have their own unique skus and you would repeat this process for any other products.
Here is the tutorial on how to use our sku linking system but let us know if you have any questions https://youtu.be/JSMJrk396hk?feature=shared
