Connected New Etsy Account But New Products Aren't Showing Up?

If you connected a new Etsy store to Simply Listed but aren't seeing the new products showing when you click your template, then please check these two things!

Go to the "Connections" tab on the bottom left of the website then check that your new Etsy store is showing next to Printify. If not, please click the "sync" button next to Printify to sync the new store. If this does not make the new shop appear, then please disconnect and reconnect Printify!

if the shop name is showing but you still aren't seeing your products when clicking the template, then please double check that your template is created for the same print provider on Printify. For example, under your template it should say the product and print provider like "Printify Choice" or "Swiftpod". When you look in your My Products page on Printify, it should have the same printer name underneath that product.
