How To Cancel My Subscription?

We're sad to see you go, but you can cancel your Simply Listed subscription at any time.


To cancel your subscription, start by going to the bottom left of the screen to your My Account page.


You can find your My Account page by clicking on your name in the bottom left menu and clicking on 'My Account' from the sub menu.


Once on your My Account page, scroll to the bottom to access the Subscription Details Section.


To the right of the plan you're subscribed to, you will see a "Cancel Subscription" button.


To cancel your Simply Listed subscription, click Cancel Subscription.


This will stop the next payment from Simply Listed from coming out of your account. This will not provide any refund for the current time frame.



You will still have until the end of your current paid subscription time to use Simply Listed's features and we will store your listing templates for 4 months.
