I am trying to log in and am stuck on the plans page?

If you are trying to login but you are stuck on the plans page, then there are two possible reasons


  1. If you set up your account within the last day, then your account likely didn't save when you were signing up - Please select your plan and enter your credit card information and finish setting up your account.


Note: You do need to enter your credit card information for the free trial, but you can go to the "My Account" page at anytime before the last day of your trial and click "cancel trial" and it will not charge you the first months subscription once the free trial is over.


  1. If you have finished your free trial, then it is likely your card declined when we tried to start your subscription. Please choose your plan and select your payment method to continue! You will be charged right when you login after entering this information.
  2. If you set up a plan but it's not letting you login, then you may not have verified your login yet. Please check if you have a verify account email from Simply Listed.


If this is not helpful or you aren't sure which one is the problem, then feel free to reach out to customer support and we can check your plan status for you or see if you have set up your account yet!
