Mockup Does Not Match Any LIstings/Won't Publish To Etsy From Approval Queue

If you want to just publish the mockups to Etsy right away, then click the three dots on the bottom of the box for those mockups and click **"manual linking" **then "Select Etsy Listing". This will bring up your listings for you to quickly just tell us which Etsy listing to publish the mockups to! If you continue to have this issue, feel free to check out the troubleshooting steps below or reach out to our customer support staff!

If you are receiving this message "Mockup Does Not Match Any LIstings" or If you're trying to publish mockups to Etsy but it won't load

1. This issue is most likely due to The Printify product that is being used to create the mockup has not been published to Etsy yet.- To correct this please publish your Printify product to Etsy and then try to add the mockups from Simply Listed again.

2. If this does not fix the problem and you have multiple Etsy stores connected to Simply Listed, please verify that you are connected to the correct Etsy shop. - Verify this by checking which Etsy shop is showing on the top left of any Simply Listed page. - If the wrong shop is showing, then please click the shop and you can switch between them.

3. If this is not the issue, then please try republishing this listing from Printify to Etsy again incase there was an error when it was listed or any changes were made that altered it since you published the listing to Etsy.

4. Lastly if none of the above resolve the issue, then it may be that if you have this design listed in multiple stores on Printify like for Amazon and Etsy for example, then you may have made mockups for the incorrect one since both will come up in the results. We are going to add a feature soon where you will be able to see which designs go to Amazon vs Etsy, but for right now if you search for the design via one of the sku numbers, then you will be able to create mockups for the correct one every time.

5. Please feel free to download the mockups and manually upload them at this point if you are unable to find a solution in the above messages. Or reach out to customer support with a photo of the listing in the approval queue that will not publish to Etsy and we will further investigate and find why this listing will not publish!
