Mockups Missing After Publishing To Etsy?

If after publishing your mockups to Etsy, some of the Simply Listed mockups are missing and there are blank Printify mockups instead, or if all of the Simply Listed mockups are missing and there are only Printify mockups, then below is the likely cause and the fix for this!

if your Simply Listed mockups are disappearing after publishing, it’s likely because Printify is automatically uploading its own mockups to Etsy, replacing the ones you created in Simply Listed. This can happen if you publish your Printify product first and then immediately try to add mockups through Simply Listed because Printify can take a few minutes to fully upload all of their mockups to Etsy.

How to Prevent Printify from Replacing Your Mockups

When publishing a product from Printify to Etsy, you can turn off Printify’s automatic mockup upload so that Simply Listed can add your mockups instead.

Go to Printify and start publishing your product.
Look for the option to include mockups.
Uncheck this box before publishing to prevent Printify from uploading its default images.

Once this is unchecked, you can immediately create and publish your mockups through Simply Listed without them being overwritten!
