My Design Is Cut Off?

There are a few different reasons you could be having this issue where part of your design is missing or cut off

Check out the solutions below and if this doesn't help then please reach out to our customer support team and send a photo of your template with the print area on it here in Simply listed and a photo of the mockup that has the issue!

1. If you have an issue where your design on the mockup is cut off like here in the photo

|| This is an issue caused my cropping your print area but not reposition to tell Simply Listed which part you want to show in the mockup. This is an easy fix!

  1. Click the three dots on the listing template and click edit
  2. Click the print area that is having the issue
  3. Click the reposition button on the top left
  4. Move the print area to show the part of the design you want shown, for this shirt example you would pull it down so the bottom was cut off instead of the top for example
  5. Make sure to click "Apply Image" on the top left or else the changes won't be saved
  6. Save your template and use the test feature to make sure it's working correctly!
  7. Here is a youtube video showing specifically how to make mockups for folded shirt mockups if you need a visual! Watch Here

2. If your design keeps shifting to be smaller than you made it in your template

Then this is caused likely by a limitation in our software where the entire design, including the transparent area, needs to remain inside of the print area on Printify. If your design goes outside of the print area, then it will not position correctly within the mockups here in Simply Listed.

We are looking for a fix for this issue but in the meantime, we recommend designing for products on a Canvas size that matches the size in Printify or smaller, that way you won't need to adjust the sizing once you get it to Printify!

To see the exact size your design needs to be on Printify, go into the editor for that item where you add your design, click the "i" button on the top left, then you will see the print area size.

If neither of these solve your issue then please reach out to our customer support team!
