• Why Should I Click "Hide In Store" When Publishing From Printify?

  Why Should you click "Hide In Store" When publishing products from Printify to Etsy? The reason we recommend clicking "Hide In Store" on Printify when publishing your items to Etsy, is so that your item will not be visible to customers until you have uploaded your mockups to it and finalized the listing. Clicking "Hide in Store" just puts the Printify listing into your Draft folder on Etsy until you click the publish button when the listing is ready to be shown to customers and be livFew readers

• Do You Only Connect To Printify?

  At this time Simply Listed only connects to Printify and Etsy. But in the meantime you CAN create mockups for any products outside of Printify as well by using our Custom Templates feature - you will just need to upload your artwork to our site instead of Simply Listed pulling the design directly from your printer. • Unable To Connect To Printify

  If nothing happens when you click on the 'Connect' button for Printify, this typically occurs if you have popup blockers turned on. Turning these off and trying again will typically work. If your popup blockers are turned off and still nothing happens, please sign into a different web browser and try again. This should do the trick. • Picture And Text Not Coming Over From Printify, Only Graphic?

  If you have added a graphic/picture on Printify and then added custom text using the Printify editor or added text using Printify's personalization feature and only the graphic/picture is showing up but not the text from Printify? Printify currently does not send Simply Listed the text information that is added on their platform, so until they add that functionality to their site, we will be unable to make mockups fFew readers

• Can I connect more than one printify account?

  Simply Listed subscriptions are meant to be only for one print on demand seller per account. Printify does allow you to connect as many Etsy stores/Shopify stores etc. to one Printify account as you like though, which we do recommend so that you aren't paying for multiple Printify Plus accounts anyways. • Cropped Design On Printify Showing Full Design On Mockup

  If you use the crop feature on Printify's editor to crop a design, unfortunately our software cannot grab just the cropped portion and add it to a mockup. You will need to crop that design in your design editor of choice and then re-upload it to Printify. Then Simply Listed will be able to create the correct mockups for you!
