Product Missing When Trying to Attach Artwork/Use Template
**If you've encountered the issue where a particular product is missing when you go to use your template to make mockups, then
Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you resolve the issue:
Issue 1: Ensure Your Product is Either Published to Etsy Or Synced with Simply Listed
Before attaching artwork, make sure your product has been successfully published to Etsy or if you are saving your product as a draft on Printify, then you will need to manually hit the "Sync" button for it to show up as an option. These are the two ways that Printify sends Simply Listed the up to date listing information from their website.

Issue 2: Check Product Variant and Print Provider Match The Template
Sometimes, the issue can occur if the print provider or product variant in Printify doesn’t match with your Simply Listed template. Here's how to ensure everything aligns:
- Open your Printify account and check the product you want to use.
- Ensure that the print provider and product variant in Printify match the settings you’ve selected in Simply Listed.
- If you’ve recently changed any variants or print providers in Printify, make sure to publish those changes to Etsy for Simply Listed to get those updates.

If the print provider/product does not match then you will either need to edit your print provider on Printify and then publish the changes, or you will need to edit the product/Print provider on your template.
To edit the template in Simply listed - Click the three dots on the template and click "edit print provider", you will then choose the matching print provider/product and then will need to re add your print areas to the mockups that match the new print provider/product.
To edit he print provider in Printify - Either click the checkbox next to the listing or multiple listings at once, then hit the "More actions" button at the top and then hit "Replace Provider". This will let you edit the print provider for all of the products at once. Then you will need to publish these listings to Etsy again to publish the changes.

Issue 3: If you made any changes to the Printify product
Not all changes that you make on Printify get sent to Simply Listed once they are updated
- If you may have made any changes to the title, to the placement of the image etc. Then those may not look like they are reflected on the screen where you choose the design. Please grab one of the sku numbers from the Printify product or Etsy listing that you want to make mockups for, and search it in the search bar to see if the correct listing comes up. Even if the changes don't show reflected there, we will grab the updated changes when you test the mockup/create mockups for it.
