Wrong Printify Products Showing Up From A Different Store On Simply Listed?
If you run into this issue where Printify products are showing from the wrong store, then it may not be an error at all.
Simply Listed pulls all products from the connected Printify account, regardless of which store they are uploaded to (Including Amazon, TikTok, other Etsy Stores and Shopify)
How to best search for the correct products with multiple stores on Printify connected?
The easiest way to search would be by sku number, if you copy and paste one of the sku numbers for the Printify product into the search bar, then it will pull up the correct one every time!
If you think you connected the wrong Printify account all together?
You can go to the button on the bottom left of the page and hit "Connections", here you can see the store name next to Printify so you can ensure this is the correct Printify account. If it isn't then on this page you can disconnect and reconnect the correct store.
If you still aren't seeing the correct products come up for your template?
Please double check that the product matches the exact same print provider and product as the template on Simply Listed! Also make sure that you have either published the listing to Etsy, or that you hit the "sync" button at the top of the page to bring in any unpublished Printify products.
